Mike is a proven leader whose emphasis throughout his career has been on creating total customer satisfaction. He has been the President and CEO of four companies, two of them public, three of which he founded.
In 1997 he founded Internet Commerce Corporation, a NASDAQ listed public company engaged in Business-to-Business Ecommerce. He was highly successful in building it into a customer-centric business with current sales in excess of $100 million.
Previously, Mike was the CEO and President of Greentree Software, a NASDAQ listed developer of Procurement Software solutions. Earlier, he held successful positions in sales and channel development at IBM and Coopers and Lybrand respectively. He holds a BS in Management.
Jack is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience introducing novel IT products and services. He is recognized for his ability to align organizations and technologies in ways that most benefit the customer.
Jack has held a number of domestic and international leadership positions with the Scarlet Group, NEC, Microlog, EIS and Catalyst Research. As owner of a company engaged with provisioning hosted, SIP-enabled, VoIP solutions, he was recognized twice in “Who’s Who” as an IT Honored Professional.
Jack holds a PhD in Information Management Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
Steve has over 30 years of experience in the high-tech market. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vodavi Communications Systems, he was responsible for the highly successful launch of the StarPlus STS, driving Vodavi distribution sales to a dominant market leadership position.
Steve was also Vice President of Sales at Voice Technology Group and at Microlog Corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of channel sales. Before joining Microlog Corporation he spent 20 years with ATT.
Steve holds a bachelors degree from California State University, Sacramento.
Walter has deep experience in building companies from start-up to profitability. He founded Walter Martin Associates, Inc., where he served as President, a consulting services firm which provided Chief Financial Officer, accounting and finance services to public and private companies with sales that ranged from $20 to $800 Million. Prior to founding WMA, he was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, of Internet Commerce Corporation, Inc. where he served from 1997 to 2004.
From 1993 until September 1997, Walt was the Assistant Corporate Controller of Standard Motor Products, an automotive manufacturer and distributor with annual revenues of approximately $700 million. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy
Walt is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, and administrative control. He is an expert at choosing and implementing systems and procedures to provide tight financial control and oversight. He has broad experience building teams to perform all of these functions.
Constance is experienced in strategic marketing planning and implementation. She has particular expertise in effective creative, branding and integrated marketing communications. She is a strong problem solver, with a results-oriented approach.
Constance owned Providence Creative Group, an award-winning marketing firm, for 25 years. In this capacity, she and her firm worked with many national and international clients including Xerox, PerkinElmer, NEN, and Siemens, with marketing budgets ranging over $3 million.
Constance holds a BFA, with honors, from the Rhode Island School of Design. She has been a Trustee of the school for more than 15 years.
