On site repair can be provided but not does include parts or labor. You also have access to unlimited Help Desk support. In addition to performance, the devices you select are continuously monitored (24x7x365) for software application compliance, device changes and a myriad of other performance metrics.
Monitoring Only: We provide monitoring around the clock. If an alarm is generated, MicroConvergent will immediately advise you. You can choose how you would like to resolve the problem, either by contracting with MicroConvergent or by utilizing and an in-house or other source to repair the issue. Unlimited Help Desk support, remote problem resolution and on-site repair can be provided but does not include parts or labor.
